From the day we receive your item, the standard authentication process takes approximately 4–6 weeks. Rush services are available for an additional fee and can reduce turnaround to as little as 10 business days. You will be kept informed at every stage of the process.
Is my item insured during the process? +
Yes. Your item is fully insured for its fair market value from the moment it is collected by our courier until it is safely returned to you. Our logistics partners specialize in high-value artifact transport and maintain comprehensive coverage throughout the journey.
What happens if my item cannot be authenticated? +
If our experts cannot definitively authenticate your item, we will provide a detailed written report explaining our findings and the specific areas of concern. The authentication fee is non-refundable, as it covers the extensive research and analysis performed regardless of outcome. Your item will be securely returned to you.
Do you authenticate items from outside the music world? +
